When you need to complain on a TCSO employee
One of our missions is to provide excellent law enforcement services, earning the trust of those we police. We expect our employees to conduct themselves with respect for all and using professionalism.
We realize that, in the course of law enforcement duties, there may be some confusion as to why something was done or a concern over a particular tactic. There also may be times where one of our employees does not perform up to your, or our, expectations.
To provide a transparent method for reporting complaints, we have established a complaint reporting system. You may call our office line and press the option to leave an anonymous voicemail, or you can fill out the form on this page.
All submissions are immediately distributed to our Professional Standards unit for follow up.
