Data Privacy - Our Online Forms

We take the security and privacy of your information seriously.  Any information entered into our online forms is kept secure.  

 

There are a number of security features that protect your information.  Our forms are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the most secure servers out there.  All information is protected by a 256-bit SSL connection. All servers are scanned on a daily basis by AWS and McAfee Security, preventing any type of security threats. 

 

The information is encrypted at rest and the way it is processed and sent is in compliance with The Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) which governs the validity of electronic signatures. 

 

In addition, it is in compliance with the ESIGN Act Sec 106 (US federal law).
