ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS SEEKING THE PUBLICS HELP IN LOCATING PERSON(S) WHO CAUSED INJURY

Teller County, CO, October 23, 2020– On Monday, October 19, 2020, Teller County Animal Control was notified of a small white and tan Chihuahua type dog in the area of Center Street, Woodland Park, Colorado, 80863, with injuries to the nose and was reported limping. Upon arrival the severe injuries pictured below were discovered. Upon investigation more injuries have been discovered around the mouth and nose.


Animal Control wants to locate the person(s) responsible for the injuries this small dog received. If you recognize this dog, or have any information that could help locate the person(s) responsible for this cruel act, please contact Teller County Animal Control at 719-687-9652 and ask for Officer Trixie Hudspeth or Officer Kathleen Ruyak.
